Man its been a long time since iv talked some smack on the blog haha; Okies winter its on the way out so its a its a boohoo for all the skiers and boarders (ourselves included) but im happy to say weve had some fun up the slopes but to be fair i wouldnt mind a bit of warmth again, we had out first nor-wester for the winter 2 days ago it was a very warm 20 degrees (quite unusal for a canterbury winter but we get them from time to time) this small taste of enjoyable warmth was enough to remind me of the long hot summer days the bbqs, beers with good friends and singlets and tans, roll on summer. We have had our car sign written so will be putting 2x 25% off vouchers in the glove box "weekly till summer) anytime you see someone driving it feel free to go up and ask for the 25% off voucher you never know your luck, Its pretty hard to miss haha. We have a new member in our tight knit team "Jeremy Hill" he will be specialising in New School, Custom Lettering and black and white themed work his art is amazing and his gun skills are tight keep an eye out under artists as he will have his profile up there soon. Moving right along if theres any questions or queries regarding tattooing then please dont hesitate to ask via our enquiries section or feel free to join our ever growing facebook profile with close to 500 artist tagged pictures on there.
Enjoy the back end winter

We turned up to work 830am to a crowd close to 300 strong and still growing, i was dumbfounded but absolutely stoked!! we had no idea that we were going to get as many people turn up, apparently some people had been there since 930pm the previous evening battling out the weather so needless to say we were humbled greatly by their efforts. It was our biggest day on record with a whopping 100 tattoos being done with 9 artists rotating through 7 stations, the boys were definitely kept on their toes with a second wind being delivered by way of Red Bull haha. Unfortunately with the nature of such a promotion we couldnt get through everyone and sadly thems the brakes so on behalf of the team at Otautahi Tattoo we would like to apologise, we tried our hardest 9 artists workin 13.5 hours straight the guys were wrecked, it will certainly be a birthday to remember with the last person walking out the door just on 1130pm. It was a great day had by all you can see photos and highlights on our facebook page
